We will email you the required blood forms with the confirmation of your booking. Please ensure that the laboratory investigations and questionnaire are done 72 hrs prior to your appointment.

The assessment typically lasts for about 90 minutes. Please make sure to arrive a little earlier than the scheduled time to accommodate any additional time needed for changing and providing a urine sample.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the areas being assessed. Simple exercise clothes are recommended, as cycling for up to ten minutes might be necessary.
There are a number of overlapping measurements between our assessment and those mentioned above. These forms can be completed during the medical. However, please upload completed forms to our portal or bring them with you to the assessment.
The final report may take one to two weeks to finalise. We prioritise ensuring its accuracy, hence the time invested.
